In order to uphold the high institutional and academic standards of the college, the Testing Center is staffed by Testing Coordinators and Specialists dedicated to providing students with accurate and helpful information about the structure of the proctored exams, test preparation, and the registration process. In addition to keeping the students well-informed, the Testing Center staff also ensures the security and standards of the testing environment by enforcing policies to assure appropriate conduct and fair testing conditions. The Testing Center also collaborates with academic departments and other City Colleges of Chicago campuses to evaluate appropriate placement levels of students, streamline communication, and adapt to updated testing platforms to better serve the student body in their collegiate pursuits.
