How Do Colleges & Universities Partner with CCC?
City Colleges of Chicago has partnerships and agreements with colleges and universities across the country. Below is a description of the different types of partnerships that City Colleges has created to help you transition to your dream school. Transfer Scholars- The Transfer Scholars program is designed to assist academically advanced students in their transition process through mentoring, workshops and the opportunity to gain early admission to the 4-yr. institution of their choice through an Onsite Admission event.
Compact Agreement Partner - The Compact Agreement is an agreement between community colleges and 4-yr. institutions in the state of Illinois. Students who complete the General Education Core Curriculum or the AA or AS degree will be granted junior standing or considered having met the lower division general education requirements at a 4-year institution.
