    ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTING

      (Associate in Applied Science Degree, Code 122)

      Study of techniques necessary to produce working drawings by which a building is constructed or remodeled. Completion of this program can lead to employment as a draftsman or detailer in architecture or design firms or for contractors, material suppliers or construction related companies.
      Study can include Computer Aided Design or Drafting.

      Students must read at a minimum of 10th grade level, write at the Freshman Composition (101) level, and place into Mathematics 113 or higher. Provisional admission will be provided for students who place into English 100 and Mathematics 111 while they remedy these basic deficiencies.
