Wright College Transcripts
A transcript is the official record of a student’s grades and courses. Transcripts also contain information regarding academic status, non-grade designations, and degrees received. The official transcript is issued by the Records Department. Please review the following requirements for requesting a transcript. Requesting a Transcript in Person
To order transcripts in person, visit the Records Department (Room A129) at 4300 North Narragansett, Avenue, Chicago, IL 60634. You may make a regular transcript request or a same day pick-up request.
- Regular Service Transcript Request
Office hours for regular service transcript requests are Monday – Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Regular transcript requests are completed within 5 to 7 days.

Office hours for same day pick-up service are Monday – Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Note: For archived records (1934-1985), same day pick-up service will be available from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday – Thursday and 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Friday.
Requesting a Transcript in Writing
Transcripts may also be requested in writing. Please complete the Transcript Request Form (pdf) and mail the request to:

You may fax your request to 773-481-8053. Note: Transcript requests received via fax for same day service will be mailed on the same day (via first class standard United States Postal Service) if the request is received prior to 12:00 noon. The Transcript Request Form must be signed. Unsigned requests cannot be processed.
Cost
The first regular transcript request is free. There is a $5.00 charge for each regular transcript request and a $10.00 charge for each same day transcript request. All transcripts are mailed first class standard via the United States Postal Service, including same day transcript requests.
Payment
You may pay for your transcript via check, money order, or credit card (Visa or Master Card ONLY). For payment via credit card, please complete the credit card information on the Transcript Request Form. |
